A method and a means for joining and sealing of material parts, and use of such a means, in particular for joining and sealing of parts of containers of cardboard or a similar material in which a joining piece (5) comprising a laminate of a heat receiving and heat conducting layer of material (1) and on one or both sides thereof a heat adhesive or heat weldable layer (2) is put with the heat adhesive or the weldable layer (22) to the material parts (3, 4) to be joined or sealed and is pressed with a predetermined pressure to said parts, whereupon the joining piece (5) is subjected to high frequence or ultrasonic energy of such intensity and duration that the heat receiving and heat conducting layer of material (1) provides a softening or melting the adhesive or weldable layer or layers (2) of material, whereby the joining piece (5) and the material parts (3, 4) are joined. The connection piece may be a triple laminate consisting of an intermediate layer (1) of a conductive material and on both sides thereof a weldable layer, and the material of the conductive layer may be any metal like aluminum, whereas the weldable layer or layers may be a synthetic resin. 公开号:SU1475480A3 申请号:SU853835256 申请日:1985-01-09 公开日:1989-04-23 发明作者:Богрен Ингемар 申请人:Эсселте Пак Актиеболаг (Фирма); IPC主号:
专利说明:
The invention relates to the manufacture of containers, mainly containing cardboard parts. The aim of the invention is to increase the tightness of the joint and reduce labor costs. The implementation of the proposed method makes it possible to create conditions under which a controlled supply of thermal energy is provided to the joint area of cardboard parts, eliminating burning of parts and oxidation of the material being welded, and, therefore, shortening the connection time, since heating occurs in a short time. Figure 1 shows schematically the connection of the parts of the container butt, section; figure 2 - the connection details overlap using the intermediate layer of the connecting strip, the section; in FIG. 3, the same, using the closing connecting strip, in FIG. 4 a flat container blank, made together with a connecting strip to give the blank a tubular shape; Fig. 5 shows a connecting strip for sealing a container; Fig. 6 is a part of a closed container; The connecting strip contains a thermally conductive layer 1 capable of Јъ 1 SP Јъ 00 S receive high-frequency or ultrasonic energy and heat it up by its action. The connecting strip also has an adhesive or heat-sealing layer 2 located at least on one side of the heat-conducting layer 1. The layer 1 is preferably made of aluminum, but can also be made of any other metal or other material capable of conduct high-frequency or ultrasonic energy. i The method is implemented as follows. Parts of the material are jointed from cardboard to form a gap between the edges, then a connecting strip containing a heat transfer layer and an adhesive or heat sealable layer is applied onto the joined parts of the material, after which a pressure is applied that presses the connecting strip facing welded under the action of heat by a layer to the joined parts of the material of parts made of cardboard, and a pulse of high-frequency or ultrasonic energy is fed through the parts of the material and the connecting strip until If the heat-sealing layer does not melt, then it is cooled and pressure is removed. Example 1. Figure 1 shows the end-to-end joining of two parts 3 and 4 of a container made of cardboard, for example the connection of the edges of the cardboard parts for kPnagreva last and heat welded under the action of heat or adhesive layer, 2 in contact with with parts 3 and 4. Under the action of heat, layer 2 melts or softens, as a result of which parts 3 and 4 of the container are welded or glued together with a connecting canopy 10 soi As shown in Fig. 1, the adhesive or heat-sealing layer 2 can penetrate to a certain depth into the gap between the edges of the parts 3 and 4, thereby 15 is the best seal and joint edges of parts of the container. Example2. Figure 2 shows the connection overlap, two parts 6 and 7. 20 In this case, the connecting strip 5, having heat-sealing, or adhesive layers 8 and 9, each of which is located on the heat-conducting layer 1, is laid 25 between the end portions of the parts 6 and 7. When applying ultrasonic or high-frequency energy, the latter is absorbed by the heat-conducting layer 1, 30 whereby the adhesive or heat-sealed layers 8 and 9 located on each side of layer 1 are heated and the container parts 6 and 7 are glued or welded together. 35 with each other. When overlapping parts in a container made of a material that has a base 10 of cardboard and a thin impermeable for the formation of the container, with the liquid layer connecting the plastic 11, the sealing is performed by connecting the bonding strip 5, which contains the layer, by means of the connecting strip 5, 54804 kPnagreva last and heat welded under the action of heat or adhesive layer, 2 in contact with with parts 3 and 4. When overlapping parts in a container made of a material that has a base 10 of suitable for treatment with high-frequency or ultrasonic energy, and located on the last adhesive or heat-sealing layer. Parts 3 and 4 of the cardboard container are placed to form a gap between the cardboard edges. The connector strip 5 is brought into contact with parts 3 and 4 from the outer or inner surface of the container. The connecting contact of strip 5 with parts 3 and 4 is made under design pressure. Ultrasonic or high-frequency energy is supplied to the region of the connecting strip, which is absorbed by the heat-conducting layer 1, which leads to which is superimposed on the two superimposed (overlapped) parts the container so as to provide a compacted longitudinal seam protecting the cut edges of the container material from the influence of the liquid contained in the container (FIG. 3). In the case that the edges of the container blank 12 are joined, a connecting band 5 is set along one of the edges of the blank. After the blank has been attached to the blank the shape, the longitudinal edges are welded or glued the same. as it was explained in example 1 or 2. When closing such a container by means of the lid 13, the latter is connected51475480 with the upper edge of the tubular end. p m u l and a tayner as shown in Fig.6 and described in example 2. When using blanks for a container intended for storing liquid or pasty-like products: products, such as butter or margarine, it is important that butter or margarine in the invention The method of joining and sealing the material of parts of cardboard containers, including the connection of parts material by means of a connecting strip having a thermally conductive layer suitable for processing high-frequency These containers did not move upwards by 10 or ultrasonic energy, and up to the upper edge of the container. At least on one of its sides, an ad-situation occurs on the connecting layer or layer, welding elements 14, placed between with under the action of heat, about tl and h, wines 15 and 16 of the container (figure 5). This is so that, in order to increase the seal against such 15 tightness of the joint and reduce the penetration of oil or fluid of the joint, in the process of connecting strip 5 is applied across the connecting elements 14, and lane 5 simultaneously seals and joins elements 15 and 16. Connecting strips can be made in the form of tapes or segments of tapes, for example, in the form of an infinite On the other hand, the connecting strip is applied to parts of the material with a side that has a heat-sealing layer 20 or adhesive layer under pressure and passes a pulse of high-frequency or ultrasonic energy through the parts of the material and connecting strip until the weld band melts, which is cut into the necessary heat layer and then the trimming length that is produced after the container parts have been joined. d t cooling, then relieve pressure, 1 hhhh 1hhh hhch 2 R tfltse.f Y ////////// 777 v i. j tG A 5. F o. pm lla the invention The method of joining and sealing the material of parts of cardboard containers, including the connection of parts or ultrasonic energy, and at least on one side of it, the adhesive layer or layer, which is welded with the action of heat, is so strong that, in order to increase the tightness of the joint, and reduce labor costs in the process of connecting In this case, the connecting strip is applied to parts of the material with a side having a heat-sealing layer or adhesive layer under pressure and passes a pulse of high-frequency or ultrasonic energy through the parts of the material and connecting strip until the heat-sealing layer melts and d t cooling, then relieve pressure, / / JO FIG. g 7 / Fiz.Z / 2 figl Thebes. 6
